Halter has joined the West Palm Beach Baird team of Keith Epstein and Melissa Mills. He brings more than a decade of experience in strategic marketing, client relationship management, and business development, with client-facing roles at organizations including 160over90, Endeavor, and Circufiber. Prior to transitioning into financial services, Halter led brand strategy and client engagement initiatives for global brands and high-growth companies. This experience helped him build a strong foundation in relationship management, strategic planning, and results-oriented decision-making. He resides in West Palm Beach with his wife, Jackie, and their son, Halter.
